We're on the hunt for a no-nonsense, detail-obsessed Director of Finance to steer our financial strategy, manage our fintech partners, and keep our financials squeaky clean.

Position Summary

You'll be the mastermind behind CrowdHealth's financial model, wrangling fintech partnerships, and cranking out reports for our investors. If you've got a knack for numbers, spreadsheets, and strategic thinking, you're what we are looking for. You will have one teammate reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Keep our financial model tight, making sure it supports our big-picture goals and growth.
• Financial Analysis: Dive deep into the numbers, spot trends, and turn that data into gold for company performance.
• Fintech Partnership Management: Keep our fintech partners in line, ensuring they're on the same page with our goals.
• Board & Investor Reporting: Deliver monthly insights to the board, showing them exactly how we’re doing financially without the fluff.
• Accounting & Compliance: Make sure our books are straight and our financial reporting is above board.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Keep costs in check and help plan budgets that make sense.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the team to push forward strategic plans and keep finances in the loop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, cranking on financial models or something similar.
• Wizard at: Financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Accounting: You know your debits from your credits.
• Fintech Savvy: Experience with fintech payment rails and assessing who is great and who is not. Knowledge of BTC rails a plus.
• Problem Solver: Can sniff out issues and turn them into opportunities.
• Communication: Can explain complex financial stuff to anyone without making their eyes glaze over.
