The Role

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven individual with a can-do attitude and a strong bias for action. You will enjoy tackling complex challenges, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll lead task management, team coordination, and release planning efforts, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of CrowdHealth's platform and mobile apps.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with developers and stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You’ll take ownership of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between all parties, and coordinating timely releases that align with our business objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Skills & Experience:
    • Proven track record of managing software development projects from initiation to completion.
    • Ability to coordinate software releases involving multiple interdependent components, including backend systems, APIs, mobile apps.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to coordinate interdependent tasks across multiple teams and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira or similar.
    • Proficiency in creating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with modern development tools and technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar (not hands-on coding but understanding their use).
    • Understanding of mobile app development and deployment processes for iOS and Android, including app submissions.
    • Experience coordinating releases, including working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with Agile coaching or team facilitation.
  • Experience working with API-driven development, including REST or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of AWS services or cloud-based deployment environments.
  • Familiarity with release management for mobile platforms (App Store and Google Play).
