CrowdHealth's pricing model includes two components each month. The first is a $50 per member monthly fee, which helps cover our operating expenses. The second component is a crowdfunding request that is sent directly to another member to assist with their health bills. The amount of this request can vary, but it will never exceed $135 for members under 55, $270 for those 55 and over, and $405 for families.
For example, in July, the request would be approximately $60 for individuals, $120 for those 55 and over, and $180 for families. This peer-to-peer transaction occurs directly from your bank account to theirs, bypassing any intermediaries. Plus, you receive a receipt detailing exactly who and what you're helping, fostering a sense of community and transparency.
