The CrowdHealth Longevity Program rewards members who are committed to improving and tracking key health metrics. If you’re ready to challenge yourself and stay accountable to your long-term health goals, this program is for you.
How it works
Take at least ONE of three tests
Eligible members (Primary Account Holder and Spouse) must complete at least one of the three approved health tests between Oct 1, 2025 and Jan 31, 2026.
Submit Results & Receipts
Use the CrowdHealth app to upload your test results and receipts. Submissions must be received by Jan 31, 2026 to count toward a discount.
Tests are eligible for crowdfunding, with a limit of 2 tests per eligible adult. Crowdfunding amounts vary by test. See test requirements for details.
Receive a Discount Up to 20%
Your account's discount is based on how many tests each adult completes and passes. Discounts begin January 2026 (or February if you test in January).
Get Recognized for your Commitment to your Health
All members who qualify will receive a badge on their CrowdHealth account.

No. Only tests completed and submitted between 10/1/25 – 1/31/26 will be accepted.
Yes. Discounts apply only for the following calendar year, and you must re-certify annually.
Yes, however, CrowdHealth will only crowdfund up to 2 tests per eligible adult, per year. You are responsible for the costs of any additional tests.
If your spouse is on your account, yes. To receive a discount, both the primary account holder and spouse must participate.
No. Only the primary account holder and spouse (if applicable) can participate.
No. The Longevity Discount Program is only available to members enrolled in the Original Membership. At this time, the Longevity Discount Program is NOT available to Black Swan Members.
The Longevity Discount cannot be used at the same time as a referral or promo code. It will automatically apply once your current referral or promo code expires.
